Girl Dinner | Emerging Artists Exhibition

This is Abbozzo Gallery’s second annual group exhibition comprised of both local and international emerging artists. In preparation for this exhibition, our team was inspired by the emergence of girl trends that started within the realm of social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram and eventually crept into real life during the second half of 2023.

This body of work centres on Naoko Matsubara's incredible use and understanding of colour - and how through the methodology of traditional Japanese printmaking - she achieves these intricate forms.

Leslie Norgate | Refuge | Feature Gallery Exhibition

Toronto based painter Leslie Norgate’s newest body of work, Refuge, is exhibiting in our Feature Gallery throughout the month of March. This is Leslie’s first show with Abbozzo Gallery and it explores the incandescence in the everyday of her local geography - the streets and sidewalks of Toronto’s West end.

ART HUNT RETURNS THURSDAY, MARCH 14TH AT 5PM Art Hunt is a free art treasure hunt! Participants use a series of clues to search 401 Richmond’s first floor and lower level for one-of-a-kind wooden eggs decorated by 401 artists and crafters. Enjoy exploring the heritage building’s galleries, shops and corridors, and hopefully head home with a free unique egg artwork.
